Kay Yoon founded JAEK Company to bring engineering rigour and commercial judgement to the same table. With degrees from the University of Cambridge, UBC Sauder School of Business, Cornell University and the University of British Columbia, Kay combines technical depth with strategy, finance and law, and applies all four to the problems clients bring.

Under Kay’s leadership, JAEK Company supports owners, contractors, counsel and entrepreneurs across the full project lifecycle: project development, bid management, contract management, project controls, delivery management, project close-out, and claim forensics and analysis. Integrity, transparency and client outcomes set the standard for the practice.

Kay has a deep working knowledge of procurement and delivery models, including Design‑Build and P3, and is at home in complex, high-stakes environments where technical, commercial and legal questions overlap. Clients rely on that perspective to make decisions with confidence and precision.

David Mofeez is a professional civil engineer with more than 30 years of experience delivering Design‑Build and P3 infrastructure. He has held senior management roles on both the owner’s and the contractor’s side, covering every phase from pursuit and bid through construction, commissioning and close-out.

David combines strong analytical and interpersonal skills with sharp commercial acumen. He is a decisive leader who builds teams that hit demanding milestones, and his systematic approach to controls and delivery protects margin while keeping risk visible and managed.

His project experience spans the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Colombia. That international breadth, and his ability to navigate complex contractual situations, is what clients draw on when a project or a claim is at a critical point.
